NEW Terex SHM 28" Cutterdrum With Extended Arms Introduced By Popular Demand
Until recently, owners of Terex SHM's machines had a choice of two different cutterheads. They could select either Terex SHM's Low Profile Cutterhead, which operates at a height of five feet, or Joy's High Seam Cutterhead, which operates at a height of ten feet. Today, there is a third option, designed by Terex SHM specifically for customers expressing a need for a cutting capacity greater than the Low Profile but less than the High Seam. A new SHM 28" Cutterdrum with extended arms allows the operator to achieve cutting heights of up to six feet. Customers who currently own Low Profile Cutterheads can replace their existing 25" drum with the 28" drum to achieve greater heights.
